Telescopic Unloading Head
During the bulk loading of clinker or cement, the unloading head undergoes frequent extension and withstands high-speed material impact. The high hardness and residual temperature of the clinker accelerate erosion and deformation of the metal walls. Installing high-strength wear-resistant pipes or thin wear plates as internal liners, or reinforcing vulnerable areas with hardfacing, ensures the equipment remains puncture-free, effectively controls dust leakage, and improves loading efficiency.
