The internal environment of the powder separator is extremely harsh; driven by high-speed centrifugal forces and airflow, the material causes continuous wear on the guide vanes, rotor, and casing.
Changes in the shape of the guide vanes directly affect the fineness and quality of the cement. Fabricating the vanes—or lining the casing—with bimetallic composite wear-resistant plates provides an excellent barrier against wear, reduces maintenance frequency, and enables the equipment to perform material classification tasks with precision over the long term.
