Utilizing hardfacing technology, automatic or semi-automatic welding equipment can apply a wear- and impact-resistant composite carbide alloy layer onto the roller surface. This forms a self-renewing wear-resistant working layer, significantly reducing the surface wear rate, and allows for custom weld pattern designs to improve material nip conditions and enhance grinding efficiency.
