Cyclones

When handling high-speed, dust-laden gas streams, components such as the inlet, cylindrical body, conical section, and dust discharge outlet of a cyclone separator are subject to prolonged erosion and abrasive wear from dust particles. This often leads to wall thinning, localized perforation, and reduced separation performance. To address these high-wear areas, reinforcement measures—such as the use of wear-resistant steel plates, wear-resistant liners, or custom wear-resistant components—can be implemented to extend the equipment's service life, minimize the risks of air leakage and maintenance issues, and maintain stable airflow patterns and separation efficiency.
